Student Summer Camps
When: July 6 - 31
Summer camps are a great way to make new friends, connect with leaders, and learn more about Jesus.
Things are changing rapidly as it pertains to COVID-19, so please watch this page for updates about our summer camps.
SIX8 Serves (replacing Camp 6:8)
Middle schoolers were invited to serve in their own neighborhoods on June 10!
We have decided Rockslide will not go on as planned but this camp has been replaced with our Rock the House day camp. Full refunds were issued for Rockslide and Rock the House requires a new registration.
After careful consideration of guidelines and protocols put out by the American Camping Association and the CDC, we have decided not to go on Quest as planned this year. We felt that with the suggested guidelines the Quest experience would be dramatically altered. We understand what a disappointment this is for both students and parents. We are disappointed too. We are committed to providing summer ministry opportunities and experiences for our 9th-grade students and have created fun events throughout the month of July for them to participate in. Learn about Day Quests.
On Monday, May 11 we were informed that YouthWorks has canceled all service trips this summer.
After careful consideration of guidelines and protocols put out by the American Camping Association and the CDC, we have decided not to go on Summit as planned this year. We believe the Summit experience would be too dramatically altered by the necessary guidelines to be a valuable experience for our students. We are sad and disappointed and recognize this as a huge loss for our students, staff, and volunteers. Our team is working hard to create a week for our incoming 10th-12th grade students to experience some of the best parts of Summit from right here in Minnesota. We will have more details, including registration links in the coming weeks.
