Youth Investment Foundation/Timber Bay Camp helps at-risk teens develop values and mature into happY, productive adults through purposeful friendships with our staff. Our goal is to affect new attitudes and behavior in youth through a growing faith in Christ and supportive staff relationships. YOUTH INVESTMENT/TIMBER BAY CAMP COUNSELOR OR BIBLE STUDY LEADER
Youth Investment Foundation operates in ten towns in the Twin Cities as well as in northern Minnesota. Camps are offered year round for boys and girls, ages 12 to 18. Mature Christian men and women are needed as camp counselors for weekend camps year-round as well as Bible study leaders during the week back home.
YOUTH INVESTMENT/TIMBER BAY CAMP WORK-A-THONS
Timber Bay Camp hosts Work-A-Thons on weekends throughout the year to keep the camp in great shape for the youth it serves. Get together with your small group or some friends and pick a Saturday or a Sunday to spend at camp! Timber Bay Camp is located near Lake Mille Lacs, just 100 miles north of the Twin Cities in Onamia, MN. You will be back home by early evening the same day. If you raise support for your Work-A-Thon, you will multiply your gift of service to the camp.
