Youth Enterprise

MISSION

Youth Enterprise’s mission is to equip teens living in urban areas with relevant life and business skills grounded in the hope of Christ. We do this by providing a paid position for young adults in one of our three screen printing shops in north and south Minneapolis. A teenager participating in Youth Enterprise will learn on-the-job training and become proficient at the manual print press. S/he will also participate in other training such as: job readiness, personal banking, business banking, academic acceleration, post secondary options, independent living, personal growth and development, business skills, survival skills, and economic welfare. Youth Enterprise employs 50 students year-round. The top 20 participants spend an average of eight hours per week at Youth Enterprise. They are located at 3530 E 28th Street, Minneapolis, MN 55406.
