Hospital Visits

If you or a loved one will be hospitalized, please let us know. Our CPC pastors and Lay Care team seek to pray and show care for those facing sickness, surgery, or recovery. 

Please call the CPC Church office at 952.920.8515 to let us know the details of your hospitilazation. If it is after hours, please leave a message with your name and pertinent information.
